Memorandum of Understanding

Between Climb For A Cause (CFAC) and Himalayan Dental Relief Project (HDRP)

Climb For A Cause is Lead Sponsor of the Guatemala Dental Relief project for 2007.

Sponsorship will entail: assistance in acquiring supplies and equipment from companies as appropriate; recruiting participants -- up to 5 dentists, 3 hygienists and 7 non-medical volunteers per trip; supporting the project through a Minimum Grant of $10,000; and assistance with Events Promotion.

HDRP agrees to hold at least two dental camps in 2007.  We will equip and operate a fully functioning dental clinic serving up to 1,200 school children from the Mayan Highlands.  Our commitment to this area is long term.  We will return to any children we treat for followup care every 1.5 to 2 years.

Therefore, we welcome this collaboration and look forward to working together in raising the level of dental education and care to this underserved part of the world.

Agreed to this 10th day of December, 2006 by:

Daniel A. Bobrow, CFAC executive director
&
Laurie Mathews, HDRP executive director
