Day 01 Fly from the US to Guatemala City-Antigua. On arrival in Guatemala city, transfer from the airport to Antigua. Afternoon at leisure in Antigua. Overnight in Antigua.

Day 02 Antigua. Morning sightseeing. Afternoon project briefing. Overnight in Antigua. (B/L/-)

Day 03 Antigua- San Martin Jilotepeque. Early morning drive from Antigua to San Martin Jilotepeque, and on to the village where we will work for the next week. Afternoon, working in the clinic. Return to San Martin Jilotepeque, overnight in guesthouse. (B/L/D)

Day 04 San Martin Jilotepeque. Working in the clinic. Overnight at guesthouse in San Martin Jilotepeque. (B/L/D)

Day 05 San Martin Jilotepeque. Working in the clinic. Overnight at guesthouse in San Martin Jilotepeque. (B/L/D)

Day 06 San Martin Jilotepeque. Working in the clinic. Overnight at guesthouse in San Martin Jilotepeque. (B/L/D)

Day 09 Antigua. At leisure in Antigua. Today can be spent enjoying this ancient capital, relaxing, or taking a day hike up to the top of one of the surrounding volcanoes. Overnight in Antigua. (B/-/-)

Day 10 Antigua-Guatemala City. Early morning departure from Antigua to the airport in Guatemala City in time to catch your flight back to the United States.

Project Cost: The cost for participation in this project is: $2,080 per person (tax-deductible) based on twin sharing room (please call our office to find out about the single room rate). The fee includes: round-trip air from Miami or Houston to Guatemala; 3 meals per day while working in the clinic and breakfast only in Antigua; Guesthouse accommodation while working in the clinic and 4 star hotels in Antigua; all internal overland transportation within Guatemala; all transfers, and sightseeing as listed in the project.

Options to itinerary:

•  You can come and volunteer in the clinic only, without sightseeing in Antigua. The cost for participation in the clinic only is: $890 per person (tax-deductible) based on double occupancy (call for single room rate). The fee includes: 3 meals per day; guesthouse accommodations in San Martin Jilotepeque for 06 nts/07 days; daily transportation to/from the clinic site. Transfers to/from the airport in Guatemala City to Jan Martin Jilotepeque.
