2020 Climb For a Cause Annual Event

CLIMBER REGISTRATION & AGREEMENT

I AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING

Climb For A Cause (referred to herein as CFAC) shall not be responsible or legally liable for any losses of property or personal injury suffered in connection with any activities associated with a CFAC event. I hereby waive all claims against CFAC, its sponsors, and any personnel from any and all liability arising out of any injury to persons or property and any damage or expense arising out of my participation in or any activity associated with this Event.

No payment is necessary to register. Upon receipt of your Registration, you will receive a call to confirm your preferred fundraising method.

I further understand that I am financially responsible for my personal expenses associated with getting to and from, and for all accommodations preceding and following the Event(s). I am also responsible for any fees associated with retaining the services of a qualified professional Guide Service, and for My Minimum Commitment regardless of whether I am actually able to participate in the Event(s)..

Once my application and payment are received, I will receive a call to schedule a consultation with CFAC Executive Director Daniel A. Bobrow to help me prepare for the Event(s).

I understand that climbing is a physically challenging sport with a risk of accident or injury. I am in proper condition to participate in this Event.

I hereby give my consent to CFAC to use photographs and video taken during the event. Should it be required during an Event, I authorize medical treatment by a qualified medical professional.

Owing to the fact that CFAC budgets and commitments are set in accordance with my and others’ Minimum Commitments, I understand that they are noncancelable and nonrefundable.

Minimum Commitments are as follows:

Event Sponsor	No further commitment required.
Newbie (First-Timer)	$2000 If you have a promo code, amount will be reduced by $1000!
Alumnus	$1750 If you have a promo code, amount will be reduced by $1000!
Practice Spouse	$875 If you have a promo code, amount will be reduced by $500!
Practice Team Member	$875 If you have a promo code, amount will be reduced by $500!
Practice Friend	$875 If you have a promo code, amount will be reduced by $500!
