Daniel A. 'Danny' Bobrow, Executive Director

Daniel Bobrow is President of American Dental Marketing, a health care consultancy based in Chicago, IL, serving clients nationwide and around the world. He is also president of Daniel Bobrow Associates, which performs research and implements marketing and management programs for clients outside of the dental profession.

Mr. Bobrow frequently lectures around the country, and has been published in Dental Economics, Dental Practice & Finance, Preview, Dental Products Report, Dentistry Today, AGD Impact, and other profession-related publications. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from The University of Illinois and Masters of Business Administration Degrees in finance and marketing from The University of Chicago and The Katholieke Universiteit Leuven, Belgium, respectively.

Daniel is also the former Program Chair, Vice President, and President, of the Chicago Mountaineering Club. His mountaineering and adventure racing exploits have been chronicled in Red Book, Private Clubs, The Chicago Tribune, and Windy City (now Competitor) Sports. Virginia Norton, Secretary and
Events Coordinator

Virginia has assisted with CFAC Projects for several years, but only officially joined the Team in 2006. Her expertise with organization and computer-related matters have proven indispensable, and she continues to surprise the Team with her creativity and boundless energy.

Steve Franklin, esq.

Steve is a founding partner of this legal practice based in Silicon Valley. His practice encompasses all areas of general corporate and partnership income taxation and partnership law with particular emphasis on (i) forming and representing US and international venture capital and private equity funds and structuring other partnership and joint venture arrangements and (ii) structuring mergers, acquisitions and other reorganizations.  His connection to CFAC stems from his friendship with its director, his commitment to giving back, and his love of the mountains.

William 'Bill' Blatchford, DDS
Sunriver, OR

Dr. Bill Blatchford has been called "America's dental business coach," and is pleased to be associated with Climb For A Cause.

In his 20 years as an active practitioner, Bill worked with Northwest Medical Teams in Mexico. By 'practicing what he preaches' Bill encourages his coaching clients to contribute in their communities, nationally, and globally. He has, to date, participated in two Climbs For A Cause, and looks forward to the DCFAC XIII Event in Bend, Oregon (his home town). 

Grant Ritchey, DDS

Grant Ritchey lives in Kansas City and has practiced general dentistry in Tonganoxie, Kansas since 1986. An avid rock climber, mountain climber, and backpacker for over thirty-five years, he became involved with Climb for a Cause in 2001 on the Mt. Adams climb and has returned
many times since. Grant shares the mission and values of Climb for a
Cause and wanted to get involved on a deeper level.

Robert 'Bob' Spiel
Idaho Falls, ID

Robert (Bob) Spiel, MBA, is a professional speaker, writer, and consultant to dental practices across the United States. He founded Spiel Consulting to leverage his passion for working closely with health care professionals – guiding them toward peak performance and prosperity.  A former hospital and surgical center CEO, he has 25 years experience in transformational leadership, marketing, and business finance.
